Hello friends, would love advice. For the past 2-3wks I have been smoking roughly 60mg of fentanyl a day (4 16mg stickers.) I need to stop, and would like advice on the most pleasant way to do so.

I thought to stop cold turkey and only smoke a little bit whenever the symptoms become too unbearable. Should I just stick a small portion of the patch on my skin instead? If so how much, and at what frequency?

And when/how much Clonidine should I take? Never used it before.

Thanks in advance, the reason I dont want to stop CT is because I have to work everyday, can't take days off and I can't be puking/diarrheaing/shaking from cold sweats/in agonising bone-penetrative pain whilst in the office. Please help. 🙏

Probably best to not stress yourself out, mostly for early withdrawal. Stress definitely leads to relapse for many folks. If you haven't had an opioid addiction before, then three weeks isn't that long. You might be able to just stop it and go on with your life without needing to take anything for it. Consider taking a few days to yourself.
