For smoking fentanyl, what is the best tasting or burning cut, baking soda, mannitol, or baby powder. Or is there something else better?

I don't have experience with this but of those listed the obvious answer is mannitol.

Going to have to close though as drug cutting questions can have nefarious or extralegal connotations.
