Smoked fentanyl
I Had 3 patches of 25 ug Fentanyl in my cabinet because my grandma had died. I read on erowid about smoking. First time I tried it I did it incorrectly and wasted fentanyl. But this time I got it right. I folded a peice of 6 by 6 inch tin foil into 4ths and then in the intersection point of the lines I would put a bulb of gel on it. I cut the patches with a razor blade in the middle in 2 small lines creating a cross. I use a pen to inhale and used a butane torch lighter half of the time to vaporize it.
The high came on very quick and tasted fine going in but on the way out it tasted really strange. It was a very intense high because of the quick come up I believe. the warmth started instantly instead of slowly with alot of oral opiates. I would lay back and just nod to no oblivion. It was funny the first tiem I fell asleep I woke up face down on my keyboard. The buzz was quite exceptional and nice i could lay back and just laugh and laugh. My last day of doing it I took 4 hits in one hit and fell asleep during a movie at the movie theatres passed out on the floor my freinds to Dazed to get me. The high is short acting 30-45 mins at most.
