fentanyl patches and bupe patches

SWIM recently got ahold of some fent patches, the non gel ones. Swim got 100mcg and 50mcg ones and has been wearing about 25mcg and smoking the rest in little pieces. the smoking worked to swims suprise. Swims question is what is the deal with the bupe patch swim has? it is 20mcg /h and 20mg in the whole patch (7days). The problem is that the patch has not a plastic backing but a felt one kind of like bandage tape. Swim was looking forward to taking suboxone and then smoking the patch for a kick. Any ideas? Also swims tolerance is through the roof, as in 160mg of oxycontin doesnt do much for swim, and banging up 8mg dilaudid doesn't do much either. (swim is also against shooting up, but hydromorphone shuld be shot in swims eyes. )
 
Ok well i wont use swim anymore, i just thought you guys dont incriminate yourselves. Well these fent patches give me a nod for about 5 mins, and it really pisses me off because I don't have a limitless supply and ive gone through 3 100mcg patches in 3 days. I have searched and there is almost nothing on abusing bupe patches. I read the thread on studies of bupe patches. I actually thought it was a 20mcg fent patch until i walked out of my boys house and actually looked at it. It was free anyways. My questions is really I know im not going to feel 20mcg of bupe an hour so how can i abuse this damn thing?
 
If you think that using "swim" somehow doesn't incriminate yourself, you're a fucking moron.
 
anyways no one has answered my thread. i used swim bc thats what i thought i should use, i didn't know not to so fuck off go find something else to do than post some bullshit post to up your post count. if you can't answer my question of "how can i abuse the bupe patch like the fent patch?" than please do not post.
