Opioids fentanyl patch, no tolerance

This is my experience with bucossal dosing of matrix 50microgram/hr patches

With lots of opiate experience but no habit.

I would take the whole mylan 50/hr matrix patch, slice it in half longways and place between each cheek and gum and try to forget it was in my mouth to avoid the generation of spit.

I experienced a good high, did not come close to ODing lasted about 5 hours.

This is very dangerous, though, there's alot of variables involved with regards to absorption, tolerance, etc...

Really Fentanyl is not worth it, not a euphoric buzz, trading for percocets as mentioned above is highly recommended
 
i feel fentanyl is a very less euphoric opioid but very powerful and sedating. smoking is like crack, 2 second buzz, $100 patch, gone in minutes, shit ill wear the patch to stay WD free for 3 dayts, or shoot some to feel some rush!

SO true!

Ive been keeping an eye out for several years for the fentanyl buzz..... using 24/7 for 3 years now.
Fentanyl simply does NOT provide a euphoric buzz.

(Fentnayl definitely kills pain very effectively, willl numb everything in your body & soul and chill you out in an empty kind of way; but you will die of respiratory depression if you use fentanyl in large enough quantities trying to "catch that buzz" or find that warm high which other opioiods such as oxycodone and diamorphine famously provide.)

Yep, plus I've heard, and u probly know david that if u do manage to find the sweet spot with fentanyl it plays hell with your tolerance and will lead to truly nightmarish withdrawals if u ever want to quit dope
 
Damn good stuff for extremely severe pain post surgery with nausea meds and supervision. had a double hernia operation and was shaking in pain after. Got fentanyl and phenergan via IV. Thank you, Dr. Anesthesia.

Not good for recreational use, IMO. Very dangerous and there have been some reports of the patches letting too much into the system and causing an OD.
 
Hey I did it and I thought it was pretty good!

These are the gel ones btw. I heard that these were not the best for the buccal method, but I gave it a try anyways... snipped off a corner of the patch and squeezed what I thought was about a tenth of the amount of gel onto a q-tip, stuck it in mouth between cheek and gum, rubbed it around a bit , didn't swallow for 10 min or so...

What I ended up with was a nice high, not very euphoric (as mentioned), but a nice clean sedative opiate feeling, quite strong... I enjoyed it very much actually.

There's no way I'd pay $100 for one of these things, novelty or not! I would still like to try wearing one sometime, though... maybe if my tolerance ever gets back up there (trying to avoid this) or I can find a 25mcg patch

EDIT: Oh, and I was considering smoking some gel, but then I read something leading me to believe that vaporizing silicone an inhaling it could be very bad for the lungs. Seems plausible to me!

$100 patch!?!?

I got a few boxes of the old 100mc duragesic gel patches from my oc dealer for 2 bucks a patch!

$2 a patch! these 50 mcg were 30!
Assuming each patch contained 10mg, you paid 20 cents per mg. Now I dunno anything about this stuff, but it sounds like you st8 took that guy!8o
