I know someone that can get fentanyl in liquid form, used in a doctors office during surgery. How would one administer this liquid fentanyl?

by the looks of what people say...VERY carefully
it doesn't look like it takes all that much of this stuff to throw yourself into an opiate overdose.
i'm thinking that maybe dipping the end of a toothpick in it and putting it under your tongue MIGHT give u a low enough dose.
then agian i have NEVER tried any form of fentanyl, and the only opiate i've tried is codiene(yay T-fucking-3s).
so maybe get some other opinions before u try this.

For practical hospital use it's most likely diluted. Surely you can find the dosage used for vials on the internet...

*digs out physicians desk reference*
Only thing I can find is doses for alfentanil HCL and sufentinil citrate.for the Alfenta the dosing is ( I think ) 500ug(that's micrograms)
Sufenta(sufentinil citrate)'s dosing looks to be 50ug per dose. This one sells in amps of 50ug/ml 1ml amp so I assume 50ug is a safe dose.I however am not sure about the above paragraph.Unless Alfentanil HCL( that is how they spell it in the PDR btw) is much weaker, 500ug sounds like enough to kill a dinosaur.
I will do some more research unless someone beats me to it.

500ug alfentanil is the dosage injected in a hospital over a span of 15 mins or so depending on weight.
