Heroin Fent looks like plastic

Hey everyone, recently was talking to someone an they showed a picture of what looked like a dark green piece of plastic that was actually dope (fyl)positive tested. They thought it was a ripoff but quality was normal to their average stuff and they asked me I I had seen anything like it which I haven't. It almost looked like tar but green and a razor blade would shave it down into tiny chips that dissolve in water after mixing for a while, unlike powders that dissolve instantly. It stumped both of us and I was wondering if anyone has come across this description. It felt almost waxy and had to be cut, it was too hard to crush. They brought it up to me because they don't shoot and was wondering how to do it and I came up with a method of drawing it up in a syringe with a piece of cotton from a qtip which worked but the cotton was pure green afterwards with nothing left in the spoon underneath. Super weird, probably a new way to disguise it. Just wondered if anyone else has seen this before?

I've heard of people who sell fent coloring it depending on what compounds are in it, or even just for branding. As for the consistency no clue

I don't iv. I used the water as a way to dissolve it and get uniform doses

Colors I've seen before but it looked waxy, maybe they pressed it too hard? It looked like a dark green rock of tar but is obvious to not contain any real h

^Sounds reasonable. If it didn't dissolve quickly obviously it is because of the cuts?
