feeling shitty a week after.. normal?

Last Saturday I had a moderately strong tab mdma and then 2cb later on. I still felt a little tripped out but was in high spirits for the next few days. I had a few mood disturbances during the week, feeling a bit giddy/strange or tearful, but mostly ok. Its now a week after and I've been feeling really out of sorts today, extremely irritable and empty (I'm usually a very optimistic person).

I'm just wondering if its possible for a comedown to hit a week after like this? Also could the 2cb have factored in because I haven't had a comedown like this before? I'm a bit paranoid that my mood won't lift.. I'm very sensitive to emotional changes (i once had derealization for months after overdoing it with weed). It was my third time doing pills over 5 months. Thanks guys.

I'd say it's nothing too out of the ordinary to be feeling down up to a week after, your serotonin levels need time to build back up. Have you tried taking 5-htp? Might be best to space out your experiences a little more too. As for the 2c-b i'm no expert but I felt quite normal after doing that and mdma, i'd put it down to low serotonin levels if I have to guess.
 
Well your spacing far enough apart, so that cant be it.

the 2C would have definitely added to the comedown, but it shouldnt last a week. How do you know its MDMA? Piperazines will often give horrible comedowns that stay around for a long time.


Just give it more time and relax, your probably over playing this all in your head which is making it worse. A few more days and youll be your old self again. Look into getting some L-Tryptophan or other supplements to help


^ Feeling shitty for a week should not be normal at all. With proper spacing and dosing you wont even notice you rolled the next day
 
Pretty sure it was mdma, to be honest I don't have a test kit, but they definately felt just like it! I could be overplaying it yeah, I'm pretty paranoid! I'll look into that supplement. I think I'll be leaving it a good three months or so till next time.
 
It is the MDMA, you would have recovered from the 2c quickly. MDMA is known for giving come downs that last longer than most other drugs when you dose high enough. I always thought meth was the most evil and shit until i tried it.. i wake up feeling almost perfectly normal after meth , even doing it days in a row. Anyways theres plenty of supplements to look into but here are some real good ones off the top of my head, fish oil(pop those shits, you cant over do it) , vitamin b- complex, and multi vitamin. Just try to keep your head off the feeling you have, it will only feed it if that makes sense. And get exercising as well, you'll be better soon we've all been through it bro.
 
Yes it is possibly, and it is normal. Just know that your serotonin levels will replenish. In the meantime, try not to think about it, get plenty of sun/exercise, and eat serotonin rejuvenating foods.
 
It really depends what is going on in your life at the moment and how you perceive your 'comedown' - If all is ok then I can feel almost back to normal the day after (or two) after a heavy session. However if things aren't OK then I can feel a bit more drained than usual - It's not really a comedown as such but just your state of mind.

If all is OK and your feeling down a week later then I would be more concerned.
 
I'd say the combination of 2C and MDMA is more harsh than MDMA alone. Although 2C is known to not give much (if any) comedown on it's own, combined with MDMA and other common adulterants like methamphetamine, I am quite sure it could lead to a bad comedown.

You mentioned you don't have a test kit so you really don't know what you took. I recommend getting on a regular exercise program with intense cardiovascular exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times per week. Eat healthy unprocessed foods. Should get better over time.

I recommend testing your substances next time since you could have been eating something entirely different.
 
^ I'd recommend the same.. Regular exercise (go beast mode) and eat good shit, just make a regular meal plan, get plenty of nutrition and be productive.
