Hypothetically speaking of course
If one were to black out in the middle of the road on campus with a grinder in his pocket while on probation and simply woke up in a hospital with the grinder still in his pocket and no discussion of any repercussions whatsoever over the following few days...do you think he would be in the clear?
I'm finding contradicting information regarding hospitals disclosing information to the police.
This is also a notoriously drunk school, and I have read that an MIC is only a class-c misdemeanor even if you do get caught
Someone needs to be much more careful, clearly
