Feeling helpless :( I need help!

It is so confusing! The first 3 days I was pretty out of it! Poor vision, no memory, anxious etc etc, my trip was good, yes I had drank heaps while tripping. Not sure of dosage, 6 medium strength pills! So you recommended staying off of medication?

I was fine for about two weeks but I've set something off again!

For now, wait a real good amount of time, like 2 months and if you honestly see no improvement, try it. I've found much improvement though, I went out last night for the first time since being 2 weeks into this comedown (when I didn't even know this existed) and I woke up with a little faster heartbeat than normal, but nothing alarming whereas a month and a half ago I'd wake up sober and have an absolutely racing heart. It's all slowly dying down.
