Feeling good on little sleep

Been spending a night awake each week for the last couple months. Sleep has been good when it eventually happens but there have been some slight short/long effects like lacking concentration reading etc.

Def agree with the previous post saying once you get past that 4am point you feel a fog lifting, can be excellent way to reflect on recent events. Also can be likened to a subtle psychoactive effect imo.
