Interms of having the most money (which is concentrated among very few). Sure we are the best.

In terms of personal freedoms we are trash compared to tons of countries. We imprison more people per capita than any country on earth.

In terms education we are 14th

In terms of Healthcare we aren't even in the top ten.

In terms of standard of living for the average person, I'm pretty sure we have ceded that trophy over the last 15 years.

What good is having the most billionaires or the most expensive military to the average persons quality of life today?

I can defend our military spending but America is not the best country in the world.

Scandinavian countries always rank at the top for quality of life. That kinda destroys your whole premise right there.

Select South American countries tend to have far more personal freedoms.
