Federal police came and took my daughter!!!

I have just moved from one state to another with my 3 yr old daughter and my ex has gone and got a recovery order and she has been taken off me, so i have to go back and go to court to try and get her back.
But what are my chance's off getting her back in my care?

What state is this and what are the custody arrangements you have? What were your reasons for moving? Were you or your kid in some sort of danger? I don't know a whole lot when it comes to custody battles but I am sure that the people who do know about custody will need some more information.

if law enforcement has gotten involved, there are obviously some more facts here that you are not sharing (and you need not share them either). suffice to say, it sounds like a serious situation.

tell more please. and do what all the above said. remedy any problems, with regards to drugs, employment, etc.
