I've never really liked rap, but for some reason Lil' Wayne really does it for me when I'm smoking as well as Jason Mraz and sometimes Stevie Ray Vaughn and of course crazy weird techno... what are some of your favorites?

I like anything that doesn't suck rap rock classical all good when I'm high. Deltron is great but I'm a rocker and metal head at heart so my stoney list is all metal.

Dude all music that is normally good to you will be wayyyyyy better high. I personally enjoy everything, but metal just pumps me up sooooo much; sometimes i wanna kill someone lol.

everything, from 50's jazz to NOFX to electro ska, sublime but not really any trance or disco electro punk is fine by me ;D

Anything but country. At the moment, rap has seemed to take the front seat, with Alt jam bands like Dispatch or State Radio on the side.

i cant really listen to rap when im high . . .

it just shows rappers for who they really are .
For example snoop dogg is a grown up 45 year old man who dresses in baggy clothes and tries to act tough but he has no muscles at all . and hes so drugged out all the time he has to speak with a "izzle" at the end of every sentence .

^ weed made me see that and makes me laugh at the music and make it sound lame.

and well usually classic rock with people shredding on guitar like jimmi hendrix , Queen , pink floyd , lynrd skynrd

and i also like uk garage like the streets (awsome music that all stoners should see)

and i also listen to some techno if it has enough bass like the prodigy or something but usually dont like to listen to techno when im high . . . . i save techno for when im high on adderall or mdma or something .

Charles Hamilton, Wale, Lupe Fiasco, Eminem, *some* Wayne, kid CuDi, J Cole... You've been listening to the wrong stuff.

Check out B.O.B vs Bobby Ray. Favorite mixtape of the year by far, and it is hardly what I would consider rap, but it certainly is. That man is the next Andre 3000, if not more talented and educated.
