heh, i was a little pyro when i was a kid...well, i never did anything bad, but melted a lot of army men, ice cream containers, and set fire to most of the things in my best friend's backyard...dunno why, but it was fun :D

Hmm...
LEGO was allways number 1, Starwars, Transformers, TMNT, GI-Joe, anything that burnt or exploded, Nintendo (the old NES) and computer games, Micro Machines

hehehe i ate playdoh too (mum made it - we never got the bought stuff). the only reason i ate it cos it smelled so good!

when i was a kid my bro, our friends and me, we all built cubbies EVERYWHERE. hacked down trees or built them up trees. or with chairs and sheets!!

I think kids toys are highly over-rated. Where's the imagination gone these days? I remember my games were mostly ones I made up in my head.

*grin* I got a swimming pool for my 1st birthday present and from then on in I was a water baby - all the fun kids toys i can remember had something to do with the pool and all the fun games involved me being a Mermaid Princess and my two younger sisters being my ugly slaves (see I haven't changed much) and playing games where we imprisoned one of us in the spa and the other two had to rescue. Hmm and I remember our uncle throwing coins into the pool and us diving for them - that used to keep us entertained for hours, it was even better when he'd rip a $5 note in half and we'd have to get it then fight over who got to stick it back together.

Oh! and our cubby house which had a bed and a sink and a full size cradle for our "babies" (c'mon - in a family of 3 girls, we had to try play nice) and our tape recorder which used to always have a Connie Frances tape in (*cringe*) and we'd run around the garden with our babies in our prams singing "lipstick on your collar" or "vacation".

We also had one of those shop toy things, y'know where you get the shelves and the counter and all the items and shopping carts and a pretend till - that was awesome.

The best game we played was the one where me and the middle sister ganaged up on the little one and convinced her for over a year that we were Father Christmas's fairies and if she didn't clean our rooms up for us we'd tell him she was bad and she'd get a sack of coal for christmas. Well... it was fun til we got caught out ;)

I don't remember any real toys that I played with other than baby (i called her rebecca) and a couple of cherished teddy bears - I guess I didn't need toys - I had baby sisters :p

Come to think of it, one of the best toys me and my friends used to have was the local trees - we practically lived up them hehe. I've fallen out of more trees than I can remember - hmmm I wonder if thats why I have a fear of heights, never bothered me then.

i used to make my sister play schools with me from 9-3 in the holidays...she hated it...i was the teacher and i had a role and a cirriculum and all =D

^ haha I remember doing that to doofqueen, mainly because we had a giant blackboard in the backyard, on one wall of the cubby house...(but not from 9-3! your poor sister! lol) Cubby houses are pretty good quality, friends love em, I remember painting the walls inside with pictures. I also had monkey bars and a pool, oh and a tree with a swing. Ah, the life of growing up with a 5 acre backyard.

yeah she hated it but i was 5 years older and i made her do it hehehe i'm really quite evil you know...i even made my mum be the canteen lady :p
