every thing twisted and turning
mind filled with sorrow and yearning
decisions made no path back
yet a burning desire so pure drives me on
in times of weakness
in times of frailty
in times of loss
it still burns brighter than any star
brighter than any light
or any feeling i have ever known
waking up into a reality which seems like a tv show
watching from the inside out
watching from the foremost of emotion
watching from the soul
from being lost to being found
turmoil and disbelife
chaos and dimensha faulter your understandings
quick glances around to see who's there
just you
just you and your innermost self
trying not to close back up trying not to build a wall of conflicting emotions which equal numbness around the very being
days upside down, nights turned inside out
dwelling in subreality living in an unconcious state.
knowing where to go, just not where to start
talking forever, talking to your self
questions you know how to answer
but cant....
blocked route of travels, building where you can
lying there in an empty feild full of emotional ghosts swirling around your head, eyes held shut they whisper sweet tones of torture
"why are you here, you cant escape us, we are you we are forever, you cant run cant hide"
feeling the strength from within you stand eyes still shut,
take a step, then another, bring your shoulders up
bring your chin up now open your eyes
can you see, can you feel?
a rush of strength a feeling of being found like an imaginary hand guiding you to your feet and warming your very insides.
staring at the past with eyes blazing listening to the whispers change to shouts..
turning to face your past eyes locked onto your past it is you,
i made decisions in the past, i dont regret many you shout, i would not be who i am of it where not for those circumstances
i would not hold the inner strength that i temporarily lost for that small space of time.
thats right i am you and you are me, we co-exist in this frail space capsule called a soul, i control it not you not the past
i learn from the past and make my decsions not live in the past and let everything float by.
follow the sun for it will never set, follow your heart for it will never leave you.
flirt with love for it will keep you warm in the coldest times...
