Fat Solubility on These Vitamins

Hey team,

I was wondering how important fat is in the solubility of these vitamins. I currently am doing intermediate fasting (IF) but would love to get my mental boost first thing in the morning, instead of having to wait until mid-afternoon.

Here's my current vitamin/nootropic regimen:
Phenylpiracetam
Alpha GPC
Vinpocetine

Fish Oil
Selenium
Zinc Picolinate
Vitamin E
CoQ10
Vitamin K-2
B Vitamin Complex
Vitamin D3
Magnesium Citrate
Tribulus Terrestris

Would love your thoughts on whether I can take everything first thing in the morning or if I have to wait for maximum effectiveness.

You could take your nootropics first thing, then the oils, minerals and vits with your meals later.
