Hi,

I'm a 19 years old boy. Masturbation has been a daily routine but since I fell in love with a girl I kind off stopped doing it. (Why? No idea!)

The very best thing you can do is not worry about the fact that it won't last long the first time, because I hate to break it to you but there isn't one man on earth that didn't cum quickly. In fact you should understand that she will probably be expecting that to happen and is perfectly ok with that as the more you do it, the longer you will last. It's only normal for it to be that way.
If you really want it to last a while then do the selfless thing and don't let her touch you during foreplay-at all! Get her close before you have sex and afterwards finish her off. She'll like the fact that she came last and can relax.

Really? Well thanks! I feel much better now, seriously :D !!! Would giving her oral sex be a good idea for my first time? I wouldn't have to use my penis yet so I could finish her off afterwards like you said. Our sex will take a little longer as well. This way we might have our orgasm at the same time, or at least that's what I'm aiming for... :) Just using my fantasy, what do you think about it?

One thing you could try would be to jack off shortly before having sex (like an hour before).
There are all sort of techniques for slowing down, but the only sure fire one is getting older.
The first time I fucked I think I lasted 25 - 30 seconds. No big deal. Practice makes perfect.
 
lol I remember my first time I barely lasted a minute it won't always be like that tho the more you do it you learn how to last longer. try having some alcohol that helps, but not too much as it can have the opposite effect.

Try to get used to masturbating for longer, bringing yourself near climax and holding it there.

If you're not uncomfortable with it, tell her you're inexperienced. She may appreciate the honesty and be a bit happy to "guide" you. Otherwise:

1) Jerk off on the day before you expect to have sex, it will probably delay ejaculation.
2) Use a condom [duh]
3) Go down on her first. If she's already had an orgasm before you've got your dick wet, she won't care.
4) Breathe deep and slow, not fast and shallow.
5) Play music, and listen attentively to the music to take your mind off ejaculation.
6) Try to find a speed, angle, and depth where you are not stimulating your most sensitive parts.
7) If you come close, pull out, finger her and wait 10-20 seconds. She will not mind hearing she feels so good you were about to blow your load right then and there.
8) Focus on her orgasm, not yours! Thinking of your own orgasm is a guaranteed way to produce one.
9) If you blow early, don't start apologizing. Just tell her she felt so good you couldn't stop yourself. Then finish her off with your fingers (and maybe soon you'll be ready for round two).

Honestly I don't think she would mind, I wouldn't. If you blow fast then really it's a bit of a compliment about how much you're enjoying yourself. Get the first orgasm out of the way and then onto round two ;)
Totally agree about giving her head/making sure she has a good time first, that will eliminate any potential disappointment about how fast you come.
