Well stimulants tend to be diuretic but I don't think any particular psychoactive medication is known for that. If you're talking about laxatives that's another story. Are you serious?

What drug is it? A lot of the atypical antipsychotic can have effects on the GI system as many effect serotonin.
I think the minty klonopin thing is a reaction of the drug itself, not the excipients. As far as I know, regular tablets of clonazepam contain no flavors or sweeteners. The ODT tabs do though.
