Color me startled that no one's mentioned Amazon's new TV show. Lord, have mercy; it is so good! I played the games long ago and sucked at them. This show does indeed deliver on staying true to the content of the game and adding to the lore. Walter Goggins stars as Cooper Howard/The Ghoul.

Walter as the Ghoul is just 🫠 Yes, I have a new fanfiction crush, and yes, I'm writing fanfiction of 10k proportions because I can. ✍🏻🖤

But I digress.

Ella Purnell stars as Lucy Maclean and she does a wonderful job acting.

Guess who's directing it? Jonathan Nolan!

Thought process that cued me to give Fallout a go.

1. Love the actor Walton Goggins
2. Not keen on the genre of series though
3. Was listening to my current favourite DJ's latest set ( I download the audio file from his website as it is free and no adds etc. ) and heard this tune.

Listening to the set I was moved by the tune and looked up info about the remix. I knew the name of the tune (it is in the tracklisting) and knew it was for another series I haven't watched also based on a game.



This DJ is an artist in a class of his own, and somehow in my head I decided to check out if this was the theme to that latest blockbuster series I didn't want to watch........ and still haven't. (NOT FALLOUT)

BUT.. it did lead me back to my thoughts about Fallout.

Decided I am going to start watching now. 1 Episode.

Just wanted to share how strange the universe works... heard a beautiful remix, isolated the tune, linked and cued it for you guys, saw this "old ass" :LOL: post......... And am starting 1st Episode of Fallout now.


PS I did cue the tune in the link - for the guys who have seen the theme tune remix in link ..... IFKYK - give the tune 2 minutes... and let me know if how this let me to Fallout is logical.

The You Tube link is just practical for this post, Most of his stuff as mentioned is freely downloadable on his official site ... just FYI for anyone who sees this in the future... discovering this DJ was a revelation ( no chemicals required ) . Kinda makes me feel young again.

Oh man fallout was great. I played fallout 3 a bit back in the day but I never really got into it but the show was great.

Anything based on a videogame used to be guaranteed to suck but lately we've had The Last of us and now Fallout which we're both brilliant.
 
I also loved 1899! Feaking Pissed Netflix cancled it. But that's not unusual for them. 🙄😒
