Falling asleep on Xanax, how to avoid?

I'm a little upset, I took my last 3mg of Xanax to celebrate my one night of the week I could stay up late and as soon as I got comfortable on my couch I knocked out. Such a waste of my stash and my night.

Is there any way to keep yourself from falling asleep on xans? I hear caffeine is a big no no. Any other possible solution?

probably because you took 3mg try one bar or 2mg next time.

Yeah take less and maybe drink some coffee with it.

Yeah xannax can be tricky sometimes. You really just have to take small amounts gradually so you don't nod off unexpectedly

This has happened to me alot with xanax lol. I've learned to not let yourself get to comfortable and try to not just sit on the couch watching tv because you will pass out. Caffeine is great with benzos and perfectly safe. I chug some red bulls when on it and it also has effectiveness
