Well we all know this happens. You run into someone who says they got some shit, and then they sell ya fake cocaine. What do they use for fake cocaine? Cut up Aspirin and Ritalin? Just curious.

Numbing agents - Lidocaine/benzocaine/procaine/dimethocaine/etc..
Stimulants - MDPV, naphyrone, dimethocaine, amphetamines, cathinones, caffeine, ephedrine
Bulking agents - lactose, dextrose, chalk, baby powder, soap, Epsom salts

-Any stimulant that is or can be made to look like cocaine...which means just a white powder, like sekio said.
-Any of the RCs that have stimulant effects, "bath salts", that whole deal.

combined with actual cocaine, or...any local anesthetic, anything that numbs your membranes, has a "-caine" ending, etc., plus bulking agents, also like sekio said.

Long story short, could be anything.
