I think this would be a fun game....let's ask each other questions about absolutely anything regarding film , tv, actors, actresses, genres, etc. You can answer and explain if you wish, to make it more enlightening.
After answering the question of the poster before you, only then can you ask your own question! And so on and so forth.

I'll start:
What is your favorite horror movie of all time?

My favourite horror film of all time is A Nightmare On Elm Street (1984)

I had a tough time choosing as I'm a big fan of Suspiria too. But I pretty much grew up with this movie so I have a bit of a soft spot for it. Having an older brother who was into horror films (or video nasties as they were called back then) basically meant that I had to be into them too as he would make me watch them with him. Anyway, I remember watching this when I was quite young. And I still recall an extremely vivid nightmare I had after watching it. I guess the most frightening thing about it, is that we all have to sleep at some point. And the idea of being confronted by this disgusting figure when we're at our most vulnerable, when we're all alone, is absolutely terrifying.

I guess a lot of it is pretty laughable in this day and age, what with how fast technology is progressing and everything. But in spite of its no frills approach, it was still pretty revolutionary at the time. At least until the entire franchise became a complete parody of itself and ruined any credibility this one generated.

It does have some extremely comedic moments as well. I can't watch it without laughing at how dramatic the mother is in it. It's like she was in a whole other movie of her own. But it's all part of the fun. =D

QUESTION: If you could of played any character in any film, who would you most like to have been and why?

The Stupids. I was forced to watch it at a birthday party when I was like 12. Dear Lord. Can someone do the collective world population a favor and just kill Tom Arnold?

What's your favorite movie score?

jason statham. i think i am the only person looking forward to transporter 3.

what movie are you embarrassed to admit to your friends that you like?

hulk. everyone else hates it. i love it. not really embarrassed but slightly red faced from the scrutinous reactions.

what is the most pretentious film you know?

The end of 'Bug' with Ashley Judd & Michael Shannon. Didn't see that one coming. Training Day has a good twist too.

Which movie resonates with you still today, from the very moment it crossed you? (And has possibly impacted your life in some way)

For me it was Somersault - an aussie film about a messed up girl who runs away, falls in love and in her weird and quirky way connects with a small sleepy snowside town.
It reminded me of me (and especially because i have a family connection with where it was filmed - Jindabyne) and also made me realise that an Aussie female director can make it with a small budget film and a simple script. It gave me hope for my aspiring directing career and even gave me the same for my company "SOMERSAULT PRODUCTIONS".

What film have you HATED but everyone else has absolutely loved?

The Godfather.

Which two actors would you love to see in a movie who haven't already starred in one together yet?

Hugo Weaving and Jodie Foster. Don't ask me in what kind of roles, because I have no clue. They're just two of my favourites and would pull me towards any movie, no matter how bad it looks.

Favourite Western?
