F**k you and your dumb pizzaria!

This is more of a rant than anything. Just feels good to write something and post it.
I work in a pizza shop. This manager of mine hires people who look hot and are "irresistible" she has hired some people that dont take the cake on that one, but are good workers..like me. But most are hot looking young kids (her words not mine) that is NOT who you hire. They are inconsistent, spoiled, and fucking dumb.

So instead of giving a manager position to say, one lady who has been there over 10 years, or the other young girl with many years of manager experience...you hand it off to a someone who has been there for 4 months. These other employees have given up there personal lives to work for any and everyone needing off work and bending over backwards for your fancy driving spoiled fake ass. But you don't care.

Not only are they leaving, but so am i. Today was the last straw with me. After being treated like crap from you and your family i have had enough. I always get yelled at and in trouble if i talk...yeah talk to an employee, but your favorite employees get away with shit RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE and you turn your head and let it happen. Today..i was a few minutes late..yes..i have a business of my own plus this damn job and i work damn near 70+ hours a week. Of course im not moving in the morning and a few minutes late. That's not a reason to give my hours away without my consent, especially when the other delivery driver is a POS and doesn't do anything!!

I was in need of this day of delivering to pay a credit card off that now is past due because you gave my delivery hours away (lost a ton in tips) then you send me home 6 hours earlier than i was scheduled because i was upset about losing my better hours. OF COURSE I WOULD BE UPSET!?!? I lost out on $150 and more since i only worked a grand total of 3 hours. I have a $300 electric bill and $1000 rent bill coming up to. So thank you. Thank you so much. You are losing 3 valuable employees this week and i honestly don't care if your place goes down under. Fuck you.

I used to care a lot about that place but you have made me a heartless person and i no longer care. Maybe one day you will learn to care about and value your employees who would do anything for that shop. But not this year. Have a great time. Bye.

Bummer man. It's amazing how shallow and unfair people can be but it's a fact of life. That's why I'm never going to procreate. I don't want anyone to have to put up with the crap I've had to put up with in this life. Good luck to you. I hope something great turns up for you. I completely understand how you feel.

Sorry to hear about your predicament. If you're a hard worker, you'll land on your feet and be just fine. Hopefully you'll look back at this down the road and it will just be a blip on your radar screen. Good luck!

Ahhhhhh yes. I actually had a pretty similar experience. Where the main role of the staff was to be "young and hot" rather than to actually be good workers. Get the f**k out of there. These places are hellholes to work in and you will be much better off and happier once you settle in somewhere else. It is really incredible to work under good managers. They are hard to find, but when you do hang on to them and learn from them. They make every member of the team be the best they can be. And then you become a good manager, too, and everyone wins.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Means a lot that people actually read these things. More of a rant i guess. I needed some other place to get things off of my chest. Life has been a huge fucking stress ball lately.

The place used to be a great place to work, 40 year old family business. The original owner sadly passed last year. After that things have changed. His daughter has no reason to be in charge. Even her nephew who works a few days for her said shes a money hungry psychopath.

One girl (one who has been there for 10 years) put her last week in. Myself and the other girl have been rebellious as hell. The boss thinks something is wrong. So she has a brain cell lol. I have to say, years of being a reserved calm individual that gets the short end of the stick and treated like crap, acting rebellious feels GREAT!! I more than likely landed a delivery job at domino's. One of our old ex drivers works there. So now 2 of us will be traitors. Lol.

Everything for the most part will be fine. I have a hobby shop that i just opener with my dad and stepmom. So if that doesn't go under we will be fine but boy is that stressful to. Idk if it is just the crap going on at the pizza place but i have been in a different mind set lately. Like i don't care about anyone. I almost feel hateful towards everyone and everything. Except...this one girl..haha.
But that is unlike me. Im always the fun loving guy that can get along with anyone.
