I've been using F-etonitazene for the past week. I'm from germany btw. I started with etomethazene actually, at the beginning of October I ordered 10ml of the weakest solution they have which has a 5mg/ml concentration (equivalent to the 1mg/ml F-etonitazene solution) . I was really careful at first when dosing because of how potent the stuff was said to be. I probably had extremely minor tolerance from using o-dsmt for a couple of days beforehand. I took the etomethazene for the first time on friday evening. Always sublingually. I started with just a few drops, barely felt anything, and repeated that until I found a dose I found sufficient. On the first day that was around 20 drops placed under the tongue. I took the stuff all weekend, and by sunday afternoon I had taken the entire 10ml bottle and put about 75 drops under my tongue to get desirable effects, though I must add, I wanted to get much higher by the time sunday had come around. To get to that level on friday would have probably taken around 30-40 drops, so my tolerance only approximately doubled instead of more than tripled. I ran out on sunday and had work the next day. I woke up experiencing minor withdrawal. I got sent home from work because I cinvinced them it was a heavy migraine. So yeah, 3 days of constant use will quickly drive up your tolerance and will produce mild withdrawals.
But you asked about F-etonitazene and not etomethazene (I have not tried etonitazepyne)
I ordered F-etonitazene for the first time last week. It arrived saturday morning. This time I went for the medium strength solution with 3mg/ml concentration. Instead of sublingually, I decided to inject it this time. This was only my second time ever injecting anything, the first time being about 40mg o-dsmt.
I put about 5 drops into 2ml of water and injected a little less than 1ml. I immediately felt it come on strong and worried for a second that I had taken too much but I was fine. I didn't use it constantly since then, but still every day in the evenings after work. I ran out yesterday but already have the stronest solution with a concentration of 6mg/ml waiting for me in the mailbox when I get home.
I enjoy it. It's extremely short acting though and in my case I need to redose multiple times in one evening if I wanna have fun.
If I do it too often in one evening I will wake up in a bed completely soaked in sweat but it doesn't take long to feel completely fine after that. So be aware that you beh´gin to develop a physical dependence very quickly, in less than two days in my experience. I'll see how the weekend goes and if I'll be able to restrain myself from overindulging and having much more severe withdrawal symptoms by the time monday morning rolls around.
And boy does it put your tolerance through the roof quickly. As I said, on saturday I injected a little less than half of a solution that had 5 drops in it, so just about 2,5 drops, and I almost felt like it was too much. I was only using it in the evenings and not throughout the whole day, and still, by wednesday night, i was putting 21 drops into a single hit.
Unfortunately I can't tell you what any of that means in mcg or mg, but still it shows you how quickly this stuff raises your tolerance. Probably not my smartest decision ever to use something like this as the first drug to regularly IV but it is what it is.
