Eztest kits dried out?

Some of my test kits dont have liquid in them just some chemicals crystal looking things that look a little damp.. Is that how its suppose to be? Like my Meckes seem dried like that but my marquis has some liquid in them..? Can someone help?

i ordered from eztest.com and havent received anything yet from them its going on over a month now? does anyone have a good way to contact them?
