I ordered my product on the 17th of feb. I used the BL members promotions and was charged 35 euros for the 'complete' ezytest.
I have yet to recieve the product and it has been 10 full working days. I emailed EWOUD yesterday and again today. I was told I would recieve it within 8 working days. I have yet to recieve any response from them. I have no idea whats going on and am starting to feel concerned!!

WHat have others experience been on delivery of exy testers to sydney... in terms of time period?

I am hoping it hasnt been detained by customs or australia post, although would I recieve a letter had this occured??

Hi Sush,
you have to be a little more patient in these matters . I have written back to you a number of times. your address is more or less the other side of the world for us. As a rule of thumb the postal services tell me it should reach the destination within 8 work days (do not count any holidays), but sometimes it takes a few days more. Yes, things can get hold up, or even lost in the mail, but my experience is that 99.9% gets there without any problems.
We do not have a tracking number, as we told you before because we ship it with priority mail. Registering it will not make it easier to retrieve since it is an international parcel and the postal systems are not standardized; i.e. they do not have the same method of numbering.
Your order was received on wed, february 17 and shipped on thursday, february 18.
Contact me if its not there by friday morning and we will settle this.
rgds,
ewoud

Thank you very much for your reply.

I also apologize for my persistence its just that I have been hearing from some sources that some of these testers have been withheld by customs, hence freaked out a little bit. Thank you for your patience. I will sit tight and hopefully it will arrive by Friday.

Just a note I wanted to add, the intention my inquiry was not to fault your company procedures in any way, rather hoped that you had some information as to what may be happening. The service recieved has been fantastic!
Your reply is certainly of some comfort!
Australia post as many of sydney siders can vouch for do not always provide the most efficient service in my experience.
I have had mail lost before.
