Hi there, I have just tested a batch that I got recently with marquis and would like some clarification on the results. It first started off yellow then turn blackish/purple. Does this mean it's mdxx but cut with something like methylone?

I also tested another batch but not much happened, there is a slight yellow hue though.

How long did it take to turn that colour? Either way I think there is very little MDMA in there, if any. More likely just a cathinone.

It took around 5-10 seconds to come to that colour. Do you presume there is little mdma due to the yellow colour?

Yes, MDMA gives a fast colour change to black.
