ez test locations??

hey all,
was just wondering about any info on getting an ez test(preferably e1/e2 supreme)in western australia, perth area. because i am not quite 18 yet and am not sure as to where or if i can get them in WA.
If not was wondering if there is some other way of obtaining one, coz i dont have a credit card.
