So, more than a month ago I ODed on baclofen, after recklessly consuming 350mg of it. But after recovering I started getting extreme pulling and twisting sensations in my feet, and when I say extreme, I mean it. It's been over a month and it didn't get better, I'm starting to get worried. Do any of you guys know what the cause of this might be?

When you say pulling/twisting, like a charley horse or muscle spasm where it "sticks"? I get those sometimes in my toes but in the calves I find it very painful. Did this ever happen before the overdose? It could be caused by a number of things, two things that come to mind are potassium deficiency and dehydration. So make sure these aren't the culprits and if it continues, talk to your doctor.

Were you in a coma or immobile for a long time after the OD or did you have a seizure? Chronic myopathy and even worse, rhabdomyolysis are possible if so.
