Extracted hydrocodone question

How fast will a liquid solution of cold water extracted hydrocodone come on versus just like regular pills.

Normal pills usually take around 45 min to 1 hour to feel.

it might come on a little quicker (5-10 mins) but it wont be super dramatic

will precipitating out the hydrocodone with a hair dryer on high heat hurt the hydrocodone?

Does heat break it down?>
