Exposed on the cliffs of the heart. Look, how tiny down there,

something can bloom; on a silent cliff-edge
an unkowing plant blooms, singing, into the air.

While, with their full awareness,
many sure-footed mountain animals pass
or linger. And the great sheltered bird flies, slowly
circling, around the peak's pure denial.--But

I like Rilke. Thank you very much for posting this. Here's to hoping we stand as tall as the mountains today...strong, rebellious, and denying the gravity of the world that tries to keep us grounded. I want to fly and defy gravity. Noodle, I think you already do that!
