I traced through three shell companies and discovered ONE name.

Now to be clear, I have absolutely no reason to believe this person produced, distributed or sold any illegal drugs or indeed broke any local laws.
But it just goes to show even when someone uses shell companies they CAN be found.
Right now he appears to be involved with getting Belgium to place cannabis in that unique Dutch legal compromise toegestaan (allowed)
But it also shows you just how wrong I can be. I held up Explosion as being a form of MDMC that was sold as a 'room odourizer' for years and whoever did it had the sense to stop knowing that if law enforcement KNOW you repeatedly work in the gray area between legal and illegal - they WILL keep watching.
All respect to the guy. It took me ages to peel back the various companies and how the chain of smart shops he founded were all in fact franchises so if the USD walk in, it's the staff and owners of the shop who could in theory have been charged with selling an unlicenced medicine. Psy Phama Trading sold to his wholesaler (owned via a shell company) which sold to the shops. It's termed the "Stichting" Shield.
To his credit the man clearly has a deep interest in psychoactives but never forget Rule 1.
I used ONLY publically available records and time.
