Expired Prescription Drugs

How long after the expiration do they stop working? and are there any real dangers in taking expired drugs? (expired in 98)
 
With the exception of a FEW drugs, they don't "go bad" .. and those few drugs are NOT the type you have fun with (scary shit for cancer, parkinsons, etc..) If yer looking at some of the basic fun stuff (benzos, opiates, amphetamines, etc..) then they are (for the most part) indefinitely good.. the reason you see expiration dates is because durring FDA trials it was proven that for that amount of time, the drug would remain in the same state (ie not break down to some toxic poison) ...
I had the chance to take a Quaalude from 1984, and it was DAMN GOOD - not that I know what they were like in 1984 (as I was 4 years old) - but it sure as hell did it's job.. and yes, it WAS A REAL QUAALUDE!

nothin good, just some muscle relaxers so far, havent really dug around my house really, but i got some of those parents that dont really throw stuff out and use it until its gone (found mayonaise in the fride that expired in '97, and some itch cream in the closet that says sell by '92...lol) we have had a few injuries in the family so i could prob find somethin...
 
Muscle relaxers are not that bad... take a few and see how ya like 'em ... but yeah, it seems that no ones parents ever keep anyone good around... you're best off going to house parties and "using the bathroom" - if possible wait till the only one open is by the master bedroom.. a friend, who will remain nameless (*grin* you know who you are!) scored a bottle of 40mg OxyContin - 60 of them.. sorry, there is 'karma', then there is 60 mother fucking 40mg OxyContin... you're a fool to NOT take then!

GODMOTHER******FUCKINGDAMNIT. The "using the bathroom" scheme is an alert creation. I love "meeting new people" just so I can go to their house and "use their bathroom".
 
d00d, for as long as I have known you could get fucked up off pharmacuticals, I have been "using the bathroom" .. at one kids house party I went to the master bath - one door to the hall and one to his parents bedroom... I fucking tore their place apart and copped some Nembutal .. the kid got in a lot of trouble for "hanging out with those druggie kids" ..
It's a rule -
If you go to someone house, and if they DON'T want you to take their pharmacutical drugs, they will lock them up.. if it's accessible then it's fair game!
