With the exception of a FEW drugs, they don't "go bad" .. and those few drugs are NOT the type you have fun with (scary shit for cancer, parkinsons, etc..) If yer looking at some of the basic fun stuff (benzos, opiates, amphetamines, etc..) then they are (for the most part) indefinitely good.. the reason you see expiration dates is because durring FDA trials it was proven that for that amount of time, the drug would remain in the same state (ie not break down to some toxic poison) ...
I had the chance to take a Quaalude from 1984, and it was DAMN GOOD - not that I know what they were like in 1984 (as I was 4 years old) - but it sure as hell did it's job.. and yes, it WAS A REAL QUAALUDE!
