Opioids Expired morphine sulfate oral solution

A sealed vial of morphine sulfate solution that expired in 12/12 is still alright, correct? Been refrigerated. Will it have lost potency like old pills would have?

And another question- oral solution can be plugged just the same as making a solution from pills, correct?
