So funny thing is I'm strongly autistic, a semi recovered alprazolam and lean addict so my experience might widly vary from youra and I'm atleast 8 days awake at this point I think ( fainted like 4 times but never longer than a minute)
I've consumed so far in those 8 days: 2g NEP (smoked but never more than 25mg)
Around 8 or 10 pyrazolam (3mg)
And 150mg O-DSMT

My experience so far psychologicaly: Dissociation, blurriness in the eyes, a feeling of emptiness, but kinda in a good way like a daydream

My experience so far physically: kinda hard to breathe, slight shaking in the hands, eyes are unfocused, a general numbness, a warm tingly sensation. And my BP was around 220/77 for a short time (got a emergency notification from my watch) now about 10 mins later it's around 90/40

So I decided to make a little pause and write about it

Take a big pause my man. Put the drugs down. Sleep.

This is less of a trip report and more of documenting a medical emergency. Trouble breathing, tremors, numbness, fainting are not good things. Your heart could fail and you are inducing significant brain damage at this point. 8 days awake is not an accomplishment, it's reckless and dangerous.

@seiltänzer,

I have had NEP binges myself (also with Pyrazolam and occasionally O-DSMT), and I have trouble stopping, although I do usually sleep inbetween sessions.

I have repeatedly thrown my NEP away (almost crying) and it takes me weeks to recover.

I haven't used any for a month now, but NEP affects the heart and also causes vaso-constriction, which can't be good.

Throw your NEP away now, and take at least a month off.

NEP can be fun, but you should never take it longer than an hour or two, preferably during the afternoon.
