What's good mang. 22 year old college white boy here describing latest experience involving utilization of 24 MG Dilaudid following 12 MG Subxone dose approximately 32 hours ago.

I have been on a consistent dosage of 12 MG Suboxone daily for the past 3 months. I usually take an 8 MG strip in the morning with a 4 MG strip later in the evening. After hearing my 70 year old dealer restocked on Dilaudid 4's, I was dealing with an intense craving to have a weekend of fun. Since I'll be in my alma-mater college town visiting my girlfriend, I figured there was no better time to load up on opiates, drink a few beers, and chill out for the weekend. However, I forgot about this buprenorphine that has been in my system almost every day for the past 90 days. Therefore, I stopped taking the bupe Wednesday morning at 11 AM, with a dosage of 8 MG, in order to prepare for my Friday evening of Dilaudid fun.

I ended up copping 14 Dilaudid 4's from my invalid dealer Thursday night for a $100 fee. Damn, those buggers are expensive, but hella worth it. Being the addict that I am, I decided to experiment with my body and see how it would react to 24 MG of Dilaudid following a mere 32 hours of Suboxone abstinence. Reading that most people suggest a minimum of 48-72 hours and knowing that I had enough for another good night on the weekend, I decided to take six of the Dilaudids, totaling 24 mg, Thursday night at 7:00 PM (about 32 hours after my last suboxone dose).

While I definitely notice the blockage of the bupe, I surprisingly felt more than I imagined. Granted, I believe that if I held out for another 24 hours, it would've been a lot better. But, I could definitely tell the dilaudid was gaining access to my opiod receptors. Overall, I could without a doubt feel the Dilaudid and it was that pleasurable sense I remembered. However, I do suggest waiting at least 48 hours after a fairly long Suboxone maintenance plan. Keep in mind, I was on 12 mg daily of Suboxone for about 90 days.

Just wanted to add some more experience to this wonderful debacle, which is comparable to the marijuana drug testing debate.
