I know weed get stores in your fat cells... can exercise help one rid their body of the metabolites that will make one test positive for marijuana?

Ive heard some anecdotal evidence that burning fat could result in the release of the metabolites that will make you test positive INTO your system

but what if im really skinny ( I am) is it better for me to exercise or not?

ive heard from numerous, reliable sources that it does. It may not be your best idea if your unhealthy, or dont eat enough.... id suggest it if you have to take one for work, hit up a treadmill and drink a gallon of water. seriously, go the extra mile for a gallon.

using exercise and "flushing" my system (drinking massive amounts of water the day of the test and urinating excessively up until the test) i've passed a drug test only 2 days after completely stopping my every day use, and managed to pass the next two weeks' tests using the same method.

i was more worried about it working the first time and then me fucking up the process the next time and making it look like i'd smoked again.

If your a skinny guy do weight training/ intense cardio up to a couple of days before the test then start binge eating the day before and the day of the test.

The exercise will get rid of the fat and metabolites while the excessive food intake on the day of the test will slow down the burning of fat so lower amounts of mj metabolites will be released.

Also what I've found to might work is to dilute urine with loads of pop. I drank a good 2 liters before my test and I passed. I'm Not really sure if really did anything, but it didn't lower the creatine levels like excess water does.

OP it will help but make sure not to do that the day of the test it will add to it since u burn the fat containing the thc. days b4 it will spend up its release.
