Out of the millions of correct replies

1)Social interaction - pair bonding, family unit, weekend sprites
2)Aerobic exercise 30min min, 1-2 hour increasing Phenylethylamine (natural amphetamines) metabolites in urine samples, ie “runners high” Dopamine/NET/SERT + natural opioid neuropeptides = euphoric mood-boosting properties
4)Outside daily outings - Vitamin D sunshine ☀️

Fuck SSRI’s ……..follow natures proven system. Be one with Mother Nature …..being at a water front cottage or somewhere safe & fun….on a standard 100ug dose of LDS. Wow, such a wonderful little molecule lol. So clean & clear headed, dopaminergic properties (increased energy) mystical and pleasurable

I am learning to be mindful and present when exercising as opposed to just grunting through it as a necessity.
Seems to be doing ok. Helps a bit. I stead of thinking of yesterday or tomorrow it is now. Now some things I do not care for but warm furry kitties rubbing on ya when you stretching? Wot?

I've been training kickboxing for almost 3 months and will be starting Muay Thai hopefully soon...I'm honestly blown away at the positive impact this has had on my mental health and life all around. It really kicked my butt into shape. Also the research for martial arts and PTSD is simply astounding. Highly recommend joining a gym for those who can afford it.

I did 3 sets of 25lbs lateral raises, 3 sets of 40lbs dumbell curls, 3 sets of 40lbs dumbell rows, 3 sets of 40lbs tricep extensiolns, 3 sets of 40lbs hammer curls and 3 sets of 30lbs incline dumbell curls. My arms are fucking dead lol

your ramping up a nice routine PA!

I got the rest of this week vacation and then i’m back into the gym three days a week.. i have a bit of fat to loose as i’m tipping it at 240lbs.. i’ll be down to 220 or so relatively quickly i hope. life restructuring.. back to working out and saving money.

Looking to add some chill cardio, would love swimming but my gyms has no pool. huhh. will figure something out.

I've been going to the gym twice a week and Muay Thai also twice a week. Monday and Tuesday I can do well, but Wednesday and Thursday this week was hard to go, so I skipped. Yesterday I walked for 30 minutes at least. Tomorrow and Saturday I hope to correct this. The anxiety and tiredness attacked me this days, so it was hard to go. At least I'm trying to be consistent and going at least three times a week. But is kinda annoying how my emotions and some external factores paralyze me.

I did 3 sets of 25lbs lateral raises, 3 sets of 40lbs dumbell curls, 3 sets of 40lbs dumbell rows, 3 sets of tricep extensions, 3 sets of hammer curls. Skipped the incline dumerll curls cause i was lazy today lol
