Q: What was the problem?

A: The Nebraska plant also manufactures strong prescription pain and other medications for Endo Pharmaceuticals of Chadds Ford, Pa. Because of packaging and labeling problems at the plant, "it's possible that tablets from one product may have been retained in the packaging machinery, and then may have carried over into the packaging" of another medicine, Edward Cox of the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research said early Monday. "This could result in an incorrect pill of one medicine ending up in the bottle of another product."

Q: What Endo pills are made there?

A: They include Opana, Percocet and other drugs listed on its website.

LOL I saw this on abc world news and was going to make a thread about it but was too lazy to find an article.... But dude I would so go buy excedrin right now but they were all pulled off the shelf.
 
Yea saw this too and it just so happens i have gas and a headache. Got all excited to go get gas-x and excedrin and then they say there has only been 3 incidents since 2009. WTF im going to play lottery better chances....
 
similar thing happened with a beer brewed by Goose Island from Chicago; they recalled a bath of one of their specialty beers - it promptly sold out of all the beer stores carrying it because the beer geeks wanted to have that one of a kind beer that no one else would ever get a chance to have.
