Ever got a dui?

Just got one over the weekend...share your story....

Me i was driving home from the bar....10 minutes from my house

took the same way home i always do..

Suddenly it felt like i hit something...next thing i know my airbag hits me in the face

pull over and dial 911...

Ended up blowing a .15 and so begins the process

That's really unfortunate. You're lucky that you're OK, and lucky that you didn't kill anyone.

Me? I drove home from the bar once having had too much to drink. I didn't hit anything, didn't kill anyone, and didn't get pulled over, but I woke up the next morning feeling like the biggest scum bag in the world. I will never, ever try driving home again under the influence.

yea a night in jail changed the outlook...i ended up swiping a car..

( we have alot of snow ) so the cars are basically parked in the street

im just glad i learned my lesson without hurting or killing anyone

Hell, the roads here are so bad and my car is so snowed-in that I chose to stay home today. All my friends were calling me, "Hey! We're going to go pick up some dope! Let's go!" I'm like, "Hell yeah!" Then I looked outside and couldn't see my car... Yeah, call it laziness, but I'd rather not have dope and not have to shovel my car out. lol

My friend was killed by someone driving 100+ while running redlights and T-Boned her. I had left her house an hr earlier. After that I vowed never to drive drunk again, so I will never have the chance of getting a DWI.

That is really sad. I am sorry some idiot chose to drive under the influence which took your friends life. My friend died the same way, except she was the one under the influence.

Drove home after I was at a party & shit faced. I remember driving threw red lights & looking threw the rear view mirror & seeing cars crossing the path I had just went threw. Thank goodness I didnt kill anyone & knock on wood, I never got pulled over but somehow I managed to drive home safely. Havent drank a drop of alcohol in over 7 years & I dont miss that garbage.

How alcohol is socially acceptable & not other drugs is beyond me because alcohol causes the most devastation.
