european vs american cv/resume style

So to recap, Americans don't use a strange, fancy foreign phrase like curriculum vitae, they use a good English word like resume....? :D (Incidentally, it's almost always just 'CV', I bet a lot of people wouldn't know what it stands for, just what it is).

Actually resume is a French derivative.

alasdair, I've been looking through your resume and I think its a good model for anyone with experience. It's a good excuse for a two-page resume if I've ever seen one!
