Etizolam MASSIVELY altering and adding to psychedelics.

I have gotten some Etizolam on occasion for the purpose of anxiety reduction and so I could take higher does of various psychedelics to limit ego descruction, and to make it more fun etc.

Well everytime I trip on anything with etizolam, several effects are very noticed.

I took MAL (methallylescaline) IMed several times one day, and the visuals were severely altered and amplified. I watched a gatorade bottle levitate and move around as well as outside in daylight being basically a madhouse. Roads were curving up several feet into the air and street signs were turning around at 60 degree angles back and forth. It was very different than the other time I did MAL where I just got a bad boad load and mescaline type visuals. The Etiz totally removed all bodyload completely.

Today after dosing 4mg etizolam I IMed a small amount of 4-AcO-MET (8mgs which is a rather small dose for me) and the trip more resembled the effects I get from DMT. The same DMT visuals closed eye and open eye. Things again like with MAL taking on their own "free will consciousness" as if they have been more separated from myself. All of this with the bonus of better color enhancement I would ascribe to being the 4-AcO-MET colors (which are prettier).

I also notice my visual acuity greatly enhanced, things like my peripheral vision (much wider) and my eyes ability to focus from near to far sped up ~ double speed. These things are normal for me on DMT I saw seeing the same visual stuff open eyed I would get on a medium smoked dose of DMT. Geometric shapes on the walls etc. I also got the DMT vibrations I usually never get unless I do DMT or smoke psilocin freebase.

I do not notice the same alternation from things like xanax and klonopin. There seems to be something else at work I just don't know what.

Does Etizolam hit some receptors differently, any serotonin receptors I don't know about it may be hitting in slight amounts that would result in all the alteration and intensification?

I would imagine with a good load of Etiz (5mg or more) and doing a stronger amount of 4-AcO-MET (maybe 4-aco-dmt as well) might get near to a DMT flash.. but probably not the same but maybe more similar.

I would imagine a perfect "fun pill" comprised of 6mg etizolam + any good visual psychedelic at a medium strong dose + 10-20mg dextroamphetamine to counteract etizolam sedation)

I'm pretty unaware of any benzos being active on serotonin receptors and I'll extrapolate that to etizolam as well, but this is not required in order to change the psychedelic experience.
The visuals you are describing sound very atypical of serotonergic psychedelics.
I can add that once on 4-aco-dmt and insufflated DPT I became pretty high and wanted to terminate the trip so I snorted 3mg etiz and began to notice shadow people over my shoulders and in the corners of my eyes, nothing like you're describing however.

Strange.. I've mixed 4-aco-dmt and etizolam many times and I've never noticed it affecting visuals in the slightest. The only difference I've noticed with this combo compared to 4-aco-dmt alone is a more chilled out (almost meditative at times) head space and, of course, the absence of much, if any, anxiety. That said, I always go easy on the etizolam. The most I've taken in combo would probably be 1mg (negligible tolerance) so it could be a matter of dosage, or maybe it only affects certain individuals and you just have a weird metabolism or something.

I've gotten this too... Shadow people only coming out if i added etizolam though. I've seen quite a bit of shadows with 4-aco-met and etiz.. sometimes moving over the walls but disappearing/moving to the edge if i stare right at them. I don't get it on 4-aco-met alone.

I also get this other effect on etiz+psychedelics where if i stare at an object (dim light helps it) it will start moving all around as if the object is moving around inside a 8 inch circle (the center of the circle being where my eyes are focused).
