Benzos etizilam like benzo?

Well, etizolam, like all benzos, has its own unique personality. Etizolam isn't technically a benzodiazepine at all actually, it is an analog of the benzodiazepines.

In my experience, however, etizolam feels like a cross between Ativan (lorazepam) and Xanax (alprazolam). Everybody is different though and this is a harm-reduction forum so we're not going to just go right out and tell you what drugs you should take. When it comes to treating anxiety/panic, everybody reacts differently to different benzos (and different anti-anxiety drugs in general...) so its probably something better discussed with your doctor.

@ the OP: It would be helpful if we knew what the reason for needing the benzo rx was? (anxiety, panic, seizures, insomnia, 'recreational' use)

Phatass you are ****ed up sir I am going to have to cut you off :/ what are you talking about?

You're asking if there are benzodiazepines you can get prescribed? There are dozens...

I'm sure you've heard of the classical benzos like Valium (diazepam), Ativan (lorazepam), Xanax (alprazolam), Klonopin (clonazepam)

No benzo is going to be exactly like another. Period, they are chemically different. This seems to be quickly turning into another what benzo is 'best' threads which has just been done soooo many times already.

just curious in which way is etizolams effects different than xanxax?which of etizolams effects do you prefer over xanax??i have a hard time telling the difference, they either chill me out or they dont..

Etiz is just a lot less zonk you out.. it just chills you out a little without making you too retarded too feel its affects. Also it seems to be more of a muscle relaxant

No man Im high as fuck and even if i wasnt thats way too many comparessons in one sentence for it to been ok.

^ He's giving you the answers you were looking for depending on what it is that fits the profile of what you're in need of. So why don't you do a little research on those names he posted?

I have a question in regards to Etizolam and its structure. From what I understand it is structured somewhat close to Zyprexa. Does this mean that it is an SNRI as well or has SNRI properties?

If this means anything to anyone :)

Those two molecules have some minor similarities but overall they are totally different....

Skeef is right on the money, they are 2 totally different drugs with different effects

As to the OP: the closest benzodiazepine to etizolam in curent widespread use is triazolam.
