ephedrine result?

Does anyone know what sort of reaction ephedrine will give?

I just checked dancesafe and they had a pill that was just ephedrine. It had no color change.

I've been doing some searching around after someone else asked me this that is not associated with Bluelight. Throwing 'ephedrine marquis reagent reaction' into google comes up that ephedrine turns orange with marquies. Its psuedoephedrine that does not have a reaction.

I agree... pseudo has no reaction (I'm certain of that)
Ephedrine should react.
