Stimulants Ephedrine causing jaw-clenching?

I've been taking ephedrine for about a month now and noticed I often (most of the time) involuntarily have my jaw clenched...like people do when they're really pissed off or stressed. Recently I've noticed that my teeth ache pretty badly. I almost never eat anymore but on the rare occasion that I do, it hurts my teeth to chew even relatively soft things.

I do take benzo's sometimes (I'm prone to anxiety as it is and the ephedrine/caffeine makes me almost unbearably anxious at times). Mostly diazepam or alprazolam, although occasionally others...I've tried clonazepam, etizolam and bromazepam. And I take zopiclone with benzo's at night to sleep.

Anyway, is there anything I can do (except stop the drugs) to make my jaw stop clenching so much? My teeth grind sometimes, too and my eyes sometimes feel...bulgy.

Will it go away or will the combination of diet pills and benzos make me end up like Sara Goldfarb in Requiem for a Dream?

Some people swear by a vitamin supplement called chelated magnesium, could probably be found at your local health store. Give it a try.

Stimulant bruxism has ground my teeth down substantially over the years and even done some damage to my jaw. I already had an overbite before drug use, but its much more pronounced nowadays. I had braces growing up and perfectly straight teeth, the bruxism has pushed them back out of whack too. Plus I swear my jawline looks fragmented too. Ill get a pic up if anyone wants to see it.

Do whatever you can now to minimize the damage. Im looking at these mouth guards sold for people who grind their teeth in their sleep, available even at some chain stores like Rite Aid. Good luck.

Magnesium helps a lot, but if you aren't sleeping or eating well then this plays a much larger role into the severity of your jaw clenching.
When I don't eat well and take mdma with little sleep, my jaw clenches much more severely than if I had taken care of myself before the roll
