Legal Herbal High - Herby Hardcore
Summary - Bad expereince with Herbal "Speed" that doesn't let you sleep, and doesn't wear off for 8 hours.
Just for a change, and due to my paranoia of MDMA tolerance build up, me and my girlfriend decided to try a legal herbal high, Herby Hardcore, manufactured in Holland, and said to give "speedy" effects.
There were eight black pills in the pack, and from friends I have heard that with herbal highs you have to keep taking them at regular intervals to work. So at 21.00 I dropped the first, and decided from then on I would do one every half an hour.
Going to a club, I decided to make sure I had a good night I would drink alcohol aswell. After taking about 4 pills, so two hours into the night, I was feeling pretty active, and a trip to the dance floor was in order. I have to say that the effects were good, generally I felt light headed, and had moderate waives of that prickly heat feeling in my head. My girlfriend was also enjoying herself, and we agreed that we would have to do these more often, as it seemed to be a nice medium between Class A (Class 1) drugs and normal alcohol. Another effect, similar to Ecstacy, was the fact that we were talking fast and quite a lot, plus we couldn't; stop moving, even though our bodies were tired, our minds were fully alert, and the music made us move.
I took the 8th pill at 12:30, and had stuck to the one every half an hour thing, religeously. By 1:30 we were extremely tired, from much dancing, and it was lucky that the club closed at 2:00. From there we went home with a few friends.
Unfortunately it was at this stage that the night went sharply downhill. As we sat chatting to friends at home, I felt extremely anxious. I noticed also that my heart rate was through the roof, and I had a very high temperature. I was unable to talk to anyone else, and must of seemed extremely antisocial. I also felt nauseaus, so took a trip to the bathroom, where I forced my fingers done my throat. Nothing but a loud burp resulted.
After about an hour of feeling terrible we went to bed, and it was then we realised that neither of us could sleep. I could tell I was tired, but there was no chance of going to sleep. On top of this the nausea was terrible, so bad that any movement induced the feeling. Another trip to the toilet, but still no vomit. from 03:00 to 08:00 we literally lay there, unable to sleep, and unable to move due to the nausea. It had been the worst 6 hours of my life, knowing that I needed sleep, knowing that my body wanted it, but not knowing how the hell to get out of this situation.
At 08:00 I decided to check the internet for natural depressents, anything to end the effect of the stimulants. As I look at the bright screen after sitting down the nausea took over again, and this time I ran to the toilet, where I was sick. The thing that amazed me that I puked up the black herbs. So after around 8 hours since I took the last pill, the herbs were still in my stomach! Constantly increasing the stimulant effects. I made myself sick until bile came up, and I was satisifed it had all gone. My girlfriend, who was not comfortable with making herself sick, decided to eat something.
After this we both felt a little better, so around 09:00 we went back to bed to attempt to sleep. To my surprise it worked, and I got 6 hours rest.
Won't be doing those again, although admitadly taking all 8 pills wasn't the wisest decision. Not being able to sleep and feeling sick at the same time was the worst come downs I've ever had (of any drug), and just highlights to me why illegal drugs are so much better than legal ones.
