New users should also consider taking half rather than a whole pill. Almost all doctors would advise anybody with heart, liver, kidney or blood circulation problems to stay away from MDMA. The same goes for those suffering from hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes or glaucoma, anybody who is prone to panic attacks and anybody with a history of mental illness.
Definitely MDMA could induce seizures or even worsen someones epilepsy. I'm sure some epileptics have rolled without consequences but it is a big risk.

Afaik do uppers decrease the seizure threshold, so I'ld be very wary to try it. If you're dead set on it, you could lower the risk by taking a benzo, though it might blunt the experience. Which benzo would be the best for this, I don't know, since I find them an uninteresting class of chemicals. But I'm sure someone here knows.

^Diazapam and lorazapam are the main treatments for status epilepticus--seizures that don't end on their own. Clonazapam is the most commonly used benzo for preventing seizures, I assume because of its longer half-life.

^ thanks heaps for your help ?? just a few more questions is clobzam able to do the trick, and will there be a thresh hold effect when the clobzam wheres off or the next day???

You know I am not advising using anything with anything. I know only a very little about seizures and anti-epilepsy uses of drugs. Also not much about xtc. I'd discuss this with your neurologist. I'm completely serious. Also you might consider asking an ADD mod to move this to Ecstasy Discussion or asking an ED mod for permission to open a similar thread there.

Clonazepam is a long half-life benzodiazepine. Duration of action after a single dose is determined by redistribution rather than metabolism. Tolerance develops to the sedative, hypnotic, and anticonvulsant effects. It does not develop to the anxiolytic or skeletal muscle relaxing effects. Psychological and physical dependence may occur with prolonged use of benzodiazepines. The onset of withdrawal symptoms is usually seen on the first day without drug and lasts 5-7 days in patients receiving short half-life benzodiazepines, whereas, the onset occurs after 5 days with a duration of 10-14 days after abrupt discontinuance of long half-life benzodiazepines.
