Endos

I assume by "endos" your meaning endocets? Endocets are a generic name for percocets, they have a high potential for abuse and addiction...
The only way someone can get help for this type of addiction is if they really have the desire to stop using...
With opiates addiction can lead to very serious and uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms, depending on how "hooked" the person is of course.
Offer support and try to see if the person is willing to make a change and perhaps start attending a program or even in-patient therapy...Hopefully there use isn't full blown and some positive support from you and there family will get them to realize that a program at the least would be good for them, good luck.
