Embarrassing side effect (for males) of amphetamines

When I take amphetamines my dick shrinks and turns semi solid so instead of hanging, it sticks out. If I'm wearing tracksuit bottoms its pretty obvious so it must look I have a boner and my penis is tiny. Jeans are rigid enough that you can't see it bulge out through them but anything other than jeans and it sticks out. Whats strange is that its hit and miss, sometimes when I'm on amps it doesn't shrink, it just swings like normal, other times it shrivels up so bad that its hard to take a piss without accidentally pissing on my leg. I know that penis shrinking is a common phenomenon with amphetamine and MDMA type drugs but how do you deal with the embarrassing side effect of your shriveled penis bulging outta your pants?

Just wear jeans and cargo shorts...hell, it's november anyway so it's cool...You could always wear a shirt that's a size or two too big or just a really long shirt. At least you're only having problems aiming; when I did the shit, I would get to wear I would actually have to PUSH out my piss and it would be painful doing so when I smoked a lot of meth...This only seemed to happen towards the end of a LONG binge though or after I got REALLY REALLY high...
